Cape Town - The Bay Hotel (South Africa)

The Bay Hotel in Cape Town
Cape Town (South Africa)
January 2007

Really a beautiful hotel, one of the best, in my opinion, in Cape Town. A fantastic view of of Camps Bay beach and Table Mountains. Just few days of holidays there, I need to visit again Cape Town, Camps Bay and, obviously stay again at The Bay Hotel.

TORINO (my city)

Turin - Palazzo Carignano

Turin - Palazzo Madama

This is Torino (Turin). My lovely city. I love it. The only place where I can really live.

Las Palmas - Gran Canaria (Canary Islands - Spain)

Las Palmas - Gran Canaria (Canary Islands)
November 2006
A spring climate all year round with average annual temperatures that between 18 and 25 degrees centigrade. The international scientific community (Thomas Whitmore, director of research on climatology at the Syracuse University in USA) recognises Las Palmas as one of the cities with the best climate in the world.
I agree totally.

Sydney (Australia)

Sydney: Opera House (Australia)
Quite obvious picture but one of the best view of Sydney... a fantastic city

KUALA LUMPUR (MALAYSIA)

Cape Town - Lion's Head (South Africa)

Lion's head from Table Mountains. Still I don't believe that I was up there the night of the comets. A long and not easy walk and also few climbing... but at the end a fantastic view of Cape Town!

Continents

Another country in my list: South Africa.
Now I have been in all five continents. Obviously it depends on point of view...

How do you count them? There are four, five, six or seven continents?
Some people consider Europe and Asia one continent (Eurasia), some people consider North and South America one continent, and a few people even consider Europe, Asia, and Africa one huge continent (Eurafrasia).

My list is simple and probably with an old view: Africa, America, Asia, Europe and Oceania.
